THE PROGRAMS
Vivienne Emery Ltd will supply a Program to the Client and Vivienne Emery Ltd warrants to the Client that such Program has been prepared using reasonable care and skill. Vivienne Emery Ltd provides no guarantee that a Program will provide any results for the Client.
Vivienne Emery Ltd makes no claims or representation that by using this program the Client will fully recover from their anxiety disorder. Video Testimonials shown on Vivienne Emery website are real people. The Clients experience will vary based on the Clients level of effort, how hard they work, how much of what Vivienne recommends they implement and how closely they follow the process laid out by Vivienne Emery. The Client accepts they are fully responsible for all decisions made relating to their wellbeing and acknowledges Vivienne Emery Ltd has no control over what they do and don’t do.
Vivienne Emery Ltd will have the right to make any changes to the support of a Program which do not affect the fundamental nature of the Program
The Client shall (and shall ensure all Authorised Affiliates and Authorised Users shall) at all times comply with all applicable laws relating to the use or receipt of the Program, including laws relating to privacy, data protection and use of systems and communications.
The Client and Vivienne Emery Ltd acknowledge that the Program consists of the pre-recorded training videos the Client are provided access to from the Commencement Date of the Program. The Client shall have access to the training videos (including any updates) for the life time of the Client as long as the company is still in operation.

Refund and Return Policy
Refund of Digital Products/Course Fees/Membership Fees
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of digital products, courses and memberships from our Site are final unless a refund is required under relevant consumer protection laws.
If you have purchased a digital product, enrolled in a course or joined a membership directly on our Site and you are not pleased with your purchase, we may refund your purchase price within fourteen (10) days of your purchase provided that receipt or alternative proof of purchase are produced.
